On September 24th, our dear friend Cooper Roy was involved in a devastating head-on collision that nearly claimed his life. Today, we thank God for His incredible protection over Cooper as he continues his journey to recovery in the hospital. Though he has faced multiple surgeries with many more ahead, his strength is truly inspiring.
In honor of Cooper and his family, Freeway Ministries is stepping up to lend a hand. On November 23, we invite you to join us at Freeway Ministries HQ for a special offering that will go directly to the Roy family.
Lots of visitors this week to see Coops and me! It’s really been great to keep his spirits up and help the week go by faster.
They worked on transferring to the car from the wheelchair. There’s so many obstacles with the unbending knee and the left hand not taking weight. The first day of PT where they tried to practice this it didn’t work. The practice car wasn’t set up to accommodate Coopers injuries and fun fact Cooper has super long legs which has been a big issue with medical equipment.

As Cooper faces this challenging chapter in his life, we stand together, trusting in God's promise to never leave nor forsake us. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us to lean on Him - 'Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.' This website's focus is about glorifying God through Cooper's journey. Cooper has been a reflection of God's love, and even now, through every prayer, every message of support, and every act of kindness, we see God's hand at work.
