Hillcrest HS HTV Media Program Video

Below is a news story that some young ladies from our local Hillcrest High School media program, did on Cooper’s wreck and recovery. This was entered into a national competition and won 2nd place out of 1,000 of entires! One of the request Cooper made, when asked if he would do the interview was he would only do it if he was able to tell how God was the reason he was still here. We felt the ladies did a great job of displaying that. Congratulations to Melody Rea and Jenna Tripicchio for your 2nd place finish and thank you for honoring Coopers request and doing it so well!!

Faith Over Fear: Celebrating God's Work in Cooper's Life

As Cooper faces this challenging chapter in his life, we stand together, trusting in God's promise to never leave nor forsake us. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us to lean on Him - 'Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.' This website's focus is about glorifying God through Cooper's journey. Cooper has been a reflection of God's love, and even now, through every prayer, every message of support, and every act of kindness, we see God's hand at work. We believe this is just the beginning of how God will continue to use Cooper's life for His glory, now and in the future.

Messages of Support

Cooper, while I’ve never met you or your family personally, I know a few people that attend your church (Crossway Baptist) and I just want to say that I’m so thankful you survived and I hope that you will continue to recover well. I had heard about your story on KY3 not long after it happened and saw photos of the logo on your shirt online and I just today saw an update on you and I wish I would’ve learned more about what happened at the time but you are such a warrior. It’s obvious from the news interviews... - Read the Full Message

Luke 2:1 - 21 The verse that I found along side coopers two bibles in his passenger seat at the scene of the accident after cooper was taken to the hospital. I will never forget this incident and I will always be grateful for god placing me first on scene of this tragic accident. Because it changed my life forever and the faith and love that has been spread and shown in such a tough situation has helped me in more ways then anyone can ever imagine. I pray for cooper everyday. I pray I get to meet him one day. I... - Read the Full Message

I don’t know Cooper personally, I just knew of him through a few friends and social media. However, from the little I have always seen of Cooper he has always been proud of his faith, and has been a light to those around him. Hearing his story has been so heartbreaking but uplifting at the same time. My heart breaks for the pain that he’s going through and the recovery he still faces, as well as the pain it causes loved ones to watch him endure it. But I have been so inspired by him and his family’s faith. I... - Read the Full Message
